After a 4-day trial, in closing argument, Plaintiff’s counsel asked for $1.6 million in damages. Mr. Schrader argued that the accident did not cause any injury, or at most, a temporary aggravation of a pre-existing condition. The jury returned a complete defense verdict finding that the accident did not cause any injury to the Plaintiff.
